I confirm my return request meets the returns policy

An order can be cancelled and the unused CD key returned within 14 days from the time of purchase.

An order cannot be cancelled if the CD key has been redeemed, CD keys will be tested to check the redemption status before a cancellation is approved.

A cancellation is subject to a minimal restocking charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the cancellation value to cover our incurred processing costs.
