What type of keys do you supply?

When purchasing software keys, it’s essential to know exactly what you’re getting. Unfortunately, some vendors sell Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) keys, which aren’t intended for resale and will eventually be deactivated by Microsoft.   • OEM – If you’re building a new computer system, you may qualify as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and use these keys. OEM keys come with certain limitations, which are outlined on the product page.
  • MAK – Designed for commercial organizations, Multiple Activation Keys (MAK) allow multiple activations on internal systems. Each MAK key has a fixed number of activations, which are outlined on the product page.

How can I be sure your keys are genuine?

Here’s why you can trust our keys, and how to verify yourself.

  • All keys pass Microsoft’s activation servers, confirming their validity and legitimacy.
  • The delivered key will always match the advertised key type.
  • Keys redeemed directly through Microsoft’s website (such as certain Office keys) will appear under your Services & Subscriptions page, just like those purchased from a major retailer or Microsoft itself.
  • While not officially supported by Microsoft, you can use a PID checker to verify the key type and its validity.

Nintendo Switch eShop Activation Guide

Use this Nintendo Switch eShop activation guide to redeem your Nintendo Switch eShop code.

  1. Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.

  2. Select the account you want to use.

  3. Select “Redeem Code” on the left side of the screen.

  4. Enter the 16-character download code. 

    Some retailer cards for Nintendo Switch software will include both a Control Number and a Download Code. Make sure that you are entering the Download Code (no hyphens in the number) and not the Control Number (has hyphens, e.g. XXXX-A00000-000000, F50EEUR-A00000-000000).

    Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.

  5. Select “Confirm” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. 

    The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

Ubisoft Connect Activation Guide

Use this Ubisoft Connect activation guide to redeem your Ubisoft Connect key.

  1.  Select your profile in the top left corner of the application.

    If you do not currently have an Ubisoft account, you will need to create one.

  2. Choose “Key Activation”.

  3. Enter your key in the Activation Code field.

  4. Select “Activate”.

  5. Once you have activated a game, it will appear in your Ubisoft Connect library. You need to download and install your content to access it.
     
    If you have activated downloadable or unlockable content, it will be available in-game.

Report Faulty Keys

We offer a 30-day activation guarantee from the time of delivery. If you receive a faulty product key, please report it via our contact page.

Once reported, we will investigate the issue and provide troubleshooting steps.

If the key remains faulty after troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement key or a full refund.

Return Unused Keys

You can return an unused key within 30 days of delivery by submitting a cancellation request via our contact page.

Used keys, those that have been redeemed/activated, cannot be returned.

A minimal cancellation fee of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving a valid cancellation request or approving a refund for a faulty key. You will receive a confirmation email from both Vevo Digital and Stripe.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

It may take up to 10 days for the funds to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing time. Unfortunately, this timeframe is beyond our control.

My Card Was Declined At Checkout

The most common reason a card is declined at checkout is that the ZIP/postal code does not match the details your card issuer has on file. To avoid this, ensure that the billing details entered at checkout match those on file with your card issuer.

You may be prompted to authorize the transaction via an on-screen request, known as 3-D Secure. This is typically completed through an in-app approval or an SMS code sent by your card issuer.

If you are certain that your billing details are correct, you may need to contact your card issuer to authorize the payment.

If you are using a VPN, please disconnect while making the payment, as certain VPN IP addresses may be blocked due to prior fraudulent activity by other users of the VPN.

Pending Charge On My Card

If your card is declined at checkout, you may notice a pending “pre-authorization” charge on your card statement. This will automatically be removed within 24–48 hours, as no successful charge was made.

Where Are My Keys

Follow the steps below to find and view your key(s):

  1. Go to the orders page in your Vevo Digital account.
    (If prompted to log in, use the same credentials you used at checkout.)
  2. Click the “View” button next to the relevant order.
  3. Your key(s) will be displayed on the order page.
Troubleshoot Windows Activation Errors

Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve a variety of Windows activation errors.

  1. (0xC004C008) error code

    If you see this error code, please contact us and mention that you are receiving error code 0xC004C008 in your message so we know what needs to be fixed.

  2. (0xC004F050) error code

    This error code means the key does not match or is incompatible with the edition of Windows already installed.

    For OEM keys:
    You will see this error code if you are trying to upgrade from Home to Pro, or if you are trying to use a Home key on a Pro or higher installation.
    (OEM keys do not support upgrades and should only be used during a fresh Windows installation by a system builder.)

    For retail keys:
    You will see this error code if you are trying to use a Home key on a Pro or higher installation. If you have an alternative edition installed, such as Home N or Pro N, a standard Home or Pro key will not activate these alternative editions.

    Solutions:
    The primary solution to this error code is to perform a fresh Windows installation (see guides below). Alternatively, you can use a different key that matches the edition already installed.

  3. Windows update

    Confirm that your device is up to date by checking Windows Update and installing any available updates

    To check for updates, select Start  > Settings  > Windows Update > then select Check for updates.

  4. Activation troubleshooter

    If you’re unable to activate Windows, the Activation troubleshooter may help.

    To use the troubleshooter, select Start  > Settings  System  Activation > then select Troubleshoot.

  5. Internet connection

    Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.

    To check your network connection, select Start > Settings Network & internet. The status of your network connection will appear at the top.

  6. Restart your PC

    Restart your PC and try the activation again.

    To restart your PC, select Start Power Restart.

  7. Activate by phone (if available)

    You may be given the option to activate by phone.

    To activate by phone, go to the Activate Windows Now section > then select Activate by Phone.

Try Private/Incognito

To activate an evaluation edition install of Windows Server with a product key, you will need to use the following PowerShell command.

  1. Click Start or hit the Start button on your keyboard, type PowerShell, and then right click Windows PowerShell and click Run as administrator.

Limitations and Restrictions

Some codes have regional restrictions. You cannot use a code that doesn’t belong to your region.
A code can only be claimed once & once claimed, cannot be sold, traded, gifted, etc.
Some codes must be activated by the cashier before they work. For example, Blizzard Balance was purchased in a shop.
Some codes must be claimed before their expiration date. For example, promotional codes.
Item or pet codes distributed before BlizzCon 2009 and all World of Warcraft Trading Card Game item codes must be redeemed through the World of Warcraft Promotion Code Retrieval page.

Microsoft Store Activation Guide

Use this Microsoft Store activation guide to redeem your Microsoft Store key.

  1. Load the Microsoft Store app, and make sure you’re signed in to the Microsoft account you wish to link the product to.

    Click the three dots in the top right corner to open a drop-down menu, then click “Redeem a code”.

  2. Type or paste in your 25-digit code and click “Next”.

  3. You will be shown the product you’re going to get by redeeming the code. Upon clicking “Confirm”.

    The product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds past this point.

  4. The product is now linked to your account and you’re ready to download and install. Click the three dots again, and in the drop-down menu click “My Library”

  5. In the left-hand column, click “Ready to install”, your redeemed product will be listed here, with an “Install” link to click. 

    If you have a trial/demo version of a product already installed, you must uninstall that first. Otherwise, it can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version, despite redeeming a code for the full product.
