What to do if you haven’t received an order complete email from us or need to locate your CD key(s).
First please check your spam/junk folder as our order complete email may have been filtered out of your inbox.
You can easily access your order directly on our website via your orders page: https://www.vevodigital.com/my-account/orders/
On your orders page, click the “View” button.If the order shows as “Processing” then we are still working on completing your order within the advertised timeframe on the product page.
Your CD key(s) will be shown under the “CD Keys” section. The CD key(s) may be in text or image format.
