A faulty product can be returned to us within 30 days from the time of purchase. After 30 days the product will be deemed accepted.
Upon reporting a faulty product to us, we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve within 24 hours.
If we are unable to resolve the fault, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund.
Cancellations (Unused Products)
You may cancel an order within 14 days from the time of purchase if the product has not been used. We cannot accept a cancellation if the product has been used. All products will be tested before a cancellation is authorized to confirm remains unused.
A cancellation is subject to a restocking charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the total order value to cover our incurred processing costs.
Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours of agreeing to issue a refund, you will receive an email confirmation from us and Stripe once the refund has been issued.
The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card statement, this is unfortunately beyond our control.
