How To Activate & Install Office Via

This is how to activate your Office key and install the suite.

  1. Sign In

    Go to, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one.

  2. Enter Your Key

    Check the account it’ll be added to is the correct one as this cannot be changed after the next step.
    Enter your 25 character CD key, click next.

  3. Redeem Office

    If the product shown is correct, select Confirm to redeem the key and bind it to your account.
    ⚠️ There are no refunds after clicking Confirm as the key is permanently bound to your Microsoft account.

  4. Download Office

    Go to your Services & subscriptions page where you will see the product you just activated listed under your account.
    Click the Install link next to the product you want to download and install.
    This is the page where you manage products bound to your Microsoft account, if you need to re-install the program in the future this is where you download it from again.

  5. Customize The Download

    Select the language you want the software to install along with the bit-rate version (default is recommended) and click Install to download the installer.

  6. Installation

    ⚠️ If your computer came with an Office 365 trial pre-installed or if you had an Office 365 subscription, you must un-install it from your computer before continuing, otherwise it overrides this installation and will say your Office 365 subscription has expired.
    Run the installer file that was downloaded to your computer, likely in your downloads folder.

  7. Installation Complete

    Your install is finished when you see the phrase, “You’re all set! Office is installed now” and an animation plays to show you where to find Office applications on your computer.
    Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account, make sure to use the same one you used in step 1.
