Our Returns & Cancellations Policy


A faulty product can be returned to us within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Upon reporting a faulty product, we will attempt to diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve within 24 hours.

If we are unable to resolve the fault, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund.


You may cancel an order within 14 days from the time of purchase only if the product has not been used. We cannot accept a cancellation if the product has been used.

A customer cancellation is subject to a restocking charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the total order value to cover our incurred processing costs.


Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours of agreeing to issue a refund in writing.

The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card statement, this is out of our control.
