We provide a 30 day guarantee from the time of delivery to report a faulty product via our contact page. Upon receiving the report we will provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the faulty product within 24 hours. If the faulty product cannot be resolved via troubleshooting steps, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund.
An unused product can be returned in unused condition up to 30 days from the time of delivery by submitting a cancellation request via our contact page. If a product has been used, e.g. if a CD key has been redeemed, it cannot be returned as we are unable to resell the product. Returning an unused product is subject to a minimal cancellation charge of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) deducted from the total refund amount to cover our incurred processing costs.
A refund will be issued within 24 hours of us agreeing to issue a refund, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us and Stripe. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/bank statement, this is beyond our control.
