Faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days from the time of purchase to be covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.
We will diagnose your issue and provide troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue with fair and reasonable troubleshooting we will provide a replacement or refund.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered please inform us as soon as possible after purchase, however as our delivery system is automated we cannot gaurantee we will be able to cancel the order before it is delivered to you.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been delivered and you have not redeemed/activated the key, please inform us within 7 days from time of purchase. The product key must not have been redeemed/activated as this means it has been “used”. If a product key has been used we will not be able to approve the cancellation as it is permantently linked/attached to your account.
Refunds are processed by us within 24 hours, however it may take longer to show up in your bank/card account depending on the method of payment used.
