Faulty product(s) must be reported to us within 30 days from the time of purchase, after this period the product(s) will be deemed accepted.
Upon reporting a faultly product(s) we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the fault. If we are unable to resolve the fault via reasonable steps we will provide a replacement or refund for the faulty product(s).
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been completed, or has been completed but remains in an unused state, we can cancel the order up to 14 days after the date of purchase. After 14 days the order cannot be cancelled and is deemed accepted.
There is a 3.4% + $0.30 restocking charge deducted from the total to cover our incurred payment processing costs for the transaction.
We cannot accept cancellation if the key has been used.
Refunds are processed and issued by us promptly (within 24 hours) of agreeing to issue a refund.
A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your statementl.
