Faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days from the time of purchase. We will diagnose your issue and provide troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your issue, if we are unable to resolve your issue we will attempt to provide a replacement item. If we are unable to provide a replacement item, a full refund will be issued.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered or cancel an order that has been delivered (the product key must not have been redeemed/activated by you as it would be “used”), you must inform us within 7 days from time of purchase. Because this type of return is not due to a fault of ours or with the item, our non-recoverable payment processing fee of 3.9% + $0.30 USD will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds are processed by us within 24 hours, however it may take longer to show up in your bank/card account depending on the method of payment used.
