Report Faulty Keys

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time of delivery, giving you plenty of time to activate your key. If you have a problem activating your key, simply report it via our contact page within 30 days and we’ll get it sorted.

When we receive the report, we will collect the relevant information to investigate the issue and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve. If the key remains unusable after troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement key or a full refund.

Return Unused Keys

You can return an unused key within 30 days from the time of delivery by submitting a cancellation request via our contact page.

Used keys, meaning keys that have been redeemed/activated, cannot be returned as they cannot be re-sold.

For approved returns, a minimal cancellation fee of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving a valid return request or approving a refund. You will receive a confirmation email confirming the refund has been issued.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and it may take up to 10 days for the funds to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing time. Unfortunately, this timeframe is beyond our control.
