Faulty Keys

We provide a 30-day guarantee from the time of delivery to report an issue activating a product, you can do this via our contact page.

Upon receiving the report, we will investigate and provide troubleshooting steps, this may require some additional details being requested.

If the fault cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide a replacement key or a full refund.

Unused Keys

An unused key can be returned up to 30 days from the time of delivery by submitting a cancellation request, you can do this via our contact page.

If a key has been used, meaning the key has been redeemed/activated, it cannot be returned.

Returning an unused key is subject to a minimal cancellation charge of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) deducted from the total refund to cover our incurred processing costs.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of us agreeing to do so, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us and Stripe.

Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method.

A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/bank statement, this is beyond our control.
