Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty Keys

We provide a 30-day guarantee from the time of delivery to report a faulty key, do this via our contact page.
Upon receiving the report we will provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the fault within 24 hours.
If the fault cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, we will provide a replacement key or a full refund.

Unused Key(s)

An unused key can be returned up to 30 days from the time of delivery by submitting a cancellation request, do this via our contact page.
If a key has been used, meaning the single-use key has already been redeemed, it cannot be returned as we are unable to resell the key.
Returning an unused key is subject to a minimal cancellation charge of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) deducted from the total refund to cover our incurred processing costs.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of us agreeing to do so, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us, and Stripe.
Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method.
A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/bank statement, this is beyond our control.
