Sometimes the Microsoft redemption page glitches during redemption and wrongly states the key has already been redeemed.

Sign out of your Microsoft account, go to services & subscriptions, log back in to your Microsoft account, see if the software now shows up under your services & subscriptions.

If it still does not show up after doing this, please contact us and state you have tried these steps already so we do not ask you to repeat them.
