“This code has already been redeemed” Microsoft Error Message
This is what to do if you see the “This code has already been redeemed” error message when redeeming a Microsoft code.

Sometimes, the Microsoft redemption page glitches during the redemption process and incorrectly states that the key has already been redeemed.
- Sign out of your Microsoft account.
- Go to Services & Subscriptions.
- Log back into your Microsoft account and check if the software now appears under your Services & Subscriptions.
