Visual Studio 2022 Activation Guide

Use this activation guide to redeem your Visual Studio Professional 2022 key.

  1. Go to: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/

    Then click the Free trial button as shown above.

  2. Run the downloaded installer called VisualStudioSetup.exe – most likely found in your downloads folder.

  3. Click Install next to Visual Studio Professional 2022

    Select any workloads, components, language packs, and the installation location of your choice.

  4. On the get started window, click Continue without code.

  5. In the top row menu, click File, then click Account Settings… in the dropdown menu.

  6. Click the Unlock with a Product Key text link.

  7. Enter your product key and click Apply.

    Your Visual Studio Professional 2022 software is now activated.
