Where Are My Keys
Follow these steps if you have not received an ‘Order Complete’ delivery email from us within 10 minutes of placing an order:
- Go to your ‘Orders‘ page.
(If prompted to log in, use the same credentials you used at checkout.) - Click the ‘View’ button next to your order.
- Scroll down to the ‘Key(s)’ section.
Information on delivery times:
- In stock products are delivered within 10 minutes of placing an order, the order status will show as ‘Processing’ until it’s delivered.
- Some products are sold to order and have a delivery time of up to 24 hours (clearly indicated on the product page), the order status will show as ‘Processing’ until it’s delivered.
