Where Are My Keys

Follow these steps if you have not received an ‘Order Complete’ delivery email from us within 10 minutes of placing an order:

  1. Go to your ‘Orders‘ page.
    (If prompted to log in, use the same credentials you used at checkout.)
  2. Click the ‘View’ button next to your order.
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Key(s)’ section.

Information on delivery times:

  • In stock products are delivered within 10 minutes of placing an order, the order status will show as ‘Processing’ until it’s delivered.
  • Some products are sold to order and have a delivery time of up to 24 hours (clearly indicated on the product page), the order status will show as ‘Processing’ until it’s delivered.
