Where Is My Order? I Haven’t Received Any Emails

As per our delivery policy, our average delivery time is under 5 minutes, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order, and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received any emails, please check your spam/junk folder as our emails may have been filtered out of your inbox.

Alternatively you can access your order directly via the orders page of your Vevo Digital account. If your order status is “Completed”, then your key(s) is accessible, simply click the “View” button next to your order. The order page will contain your key(s) along with a relevant “Activation Guide” or “Download Link” for the product.
