You Are Not Logged In. Please Login Before Redeeming A Token Microsoft Error
The most common issue is a caching/cookie problem that causes the Microsoft website to show the “You are not logged in. Please login before redeeming a token.”
To resolve, open a private/incognito browsing session in your web browser, log in to your Microsoft account again, and try the redemption once more.
You can easily open a private/incognito browsing session using the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Chrome Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n
- Chrome Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n
- Safari: Press Shift + Command + n
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + p
Sometimes the quickest solution is to try a different web browser entirely to avoid any cache/cookie issue. Open another browser, log in to your Microsoft account again, and try the redemption once more.
