Troubleshooting Windows Activation Errors:

  • Make sure that any outstanding Windows Updates have been completed and installed.
  • Run the Windows Activation Troubleshooter on the Activation page.
  • Restart your computer and retry activation.
  • Use the toll-free automated phone activation service by clicking Activate by Phone on the Activation page. If you do not see this option, you can load it by typing into the Windows Search Bar SLUI 4 (must have a space before the 4), hit enter, it will first ask for your country/region, then follow the on-screen instructions.

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve your activation error please let us know.

  • Run the downloaded .exe file and go through the onscreen install process.
  • Once installed, load the software and you will be greeted with the below page, for now click "Continue without code"
  • On the next window, hover over the "Help" tab, and then click "Register Product"
  • On this page there will be an option to click "Unlock with a product key", click this and enter the product key provided by us. It will then display a message saying "License: Product key applied" - Your software is now fully activated and ready to use, enjoy.

Activating Office:

Step 1

Go to redeem.microsoft.com/, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one.

Enter your product key, click next. If you receive an error saying "Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant." - Please use the guide HERE

If the product is correct, select Confirm to finish the redemption process. Now you’re ready to install Office – See “Installing Office” steps below.

Review your Office product

Installing Office:

Step 1

Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page and sign in using your Microsoft account if you're not signed in already. This is where you can see and manage all of your activated Office products linked to your Microsoft account, if you need to reinstall a program in the future you can do so from this page.

Select the options you want with the "Other options" link (such as 64-bit and language), and then select Install. This will download the setup file to your PC/MAC ready for you to run.

This guide will show you how to upgrade from an activated version of Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 Pro for Workstations using the command prompt.


  • Open an elevated command prompt: Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard to bring up the following menu and select Command Prompt (Admin).
  • Use the following command prompt and replace the 25 digit activation key with your own, then hit enter: slmgr /ipk DXG7C-N36C4-C4HTG-X4T3X-2YV77
  • If successful, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations will now be activated with the entered product key.
  • We recommend restarting your machine once the activation is complete.

First, please copy the 25 digit code provided by us to your clipboard. The code can be viewed by clicking the link on the first line of your Order Complete email, or by going to the My Orders page in your account.

Second, to redeem the code please load the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 PC, make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft account you wish to link the product to and then click the three little dots in the top right to open the drop down menu, then click Redeem a code.

Third, paste in the 25 digit code you copied onto your clipboard and click Next.

(If you receive any error messages at this stage, please Contact Us so we can resolve)

Fourth, the following screen will show you the product you're going to get when you click Confirm - Once you click confirm the product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds.

Last, now the product is linked to your account you need to install it. Click the three little dots again, and in the drop down menu click My Library. In the left hand column, click Ready to install, your redeemed game should be listed with an Install link to click. Your game will now install and be ready to play.

(If you had a trial/demo version of a game installed prior, you will need to un-install that first as it can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version).

You can add codes to your Blizzard account through the website or through the Blizzard Battle.net App. This includes game keys, Blizzard Balance codes, game time codes, gift codes, pets and mounts, and promotional codes.

Claim Your Code on the Website

To claim a code on the website:

  1. Log into your Account Overview
  2. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

Claim Your Code on the App

To claim a code on the Blizzard Battle.net App:

  1. From the Games tab, click the Redeem a Code button found under the logo of any game
  2. From the Shop tab, click Services and then Redeem a Code

First you will need to install Avast Premier on your PC:

  1. Log into Windows as a user with administrator permissions and ensure no other application or antivirus software is running on your PC.
  2. Download the Avast Premier setup file: DOWNLOAD AVAST PREMIER, and save it in a familiar location on your PC (by default, downloaded files are saved to your Downloads folder).
  3. Right-click the downloaded setup file avast_premier_antivirus_setup_online.exe and select Run as administrator from the context menu.
  4. If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes (or Continue on older versions of Windows).
  5. To change the default setup language, click the current language at the top-right corner of the screen. Then click Install to proceed with default installation.
  6. Wait while setup installs Avast Premier on your PC.
  7. Click Continue on the screen below the message You are protected.
  8. Review the Avast Privacy Policy and click Continue.
  9. If prompted to protect your mobile device, use the relevant options according to your preference, or click the X icon to close the screen.
  10. When a network is detected, use the slider to select a Firewall mode:
    • Private Network: if you trust the network (for example, your home network).
    • Public Network: if the network is publicly shared (for example, the network at a cafe or airport).

Avast Premier is now installed on your PC and ready to use, but some components may not fully function until you restart your PC. The Avast user interface is accessible via the Avast system tray icon on your Windows taskbar or the Avast Premier icon on your desktop.

You now need to activate Avast Premier using your valid activation code provided by us, to do this, follow the below instructions.

To activate Avast Premier with an activation code:

  1. Right-click the  Avast icon in your system tray and select Subscription information.
  2. On the My licenses screen, click Enter a valid activation code.
  3. Type or paste your activation code into the text box and click Enter:
  4. Check your license details for the entered activation code. If you have an activation code for interchangeable products, you can click on a listed item and select an alternative license from the drop-down menu. Then click Continue to return to the My licenses screen.

Your Avast Premier license is now activated. The expiration date of your license appears under Licenses on this PC.

You can activate your license on the number of PCs the license is valid for at purchase.

It is important to note that MAK keys do not work via the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation, as such you need to install via the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.


First download the latest Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from here: Windows 10 Download Page

Once downloaded, open Command Prompt or PowerShell in your Downloads folder. To do this, click in the address bar while inside the downloads folder and type in Powershell then hit enter.

Enter the following line and hit enter: MediaCreationTool1909.exe /Eula Accept /Retail /MediaArch x64 /MediaLangCode en-US /MediaEdition Enterprise

If you need a 32-bit Windows Enterprise version instead of the standard 64-bit (not recommended), change the following argument to /MediaArch x86

Confirm the UAC prompt by clicking yes.

You may be asked for the product key at this stage, enter the MAK key provided by us to proceed and build the ISO.

Choose to create the installation media.

Select "ISO File" for the destination media option.

This will make the tool to download the ISO image without media software pre-installed.

Finally, run the ISO image that has been downloaded to your PC and proceed through the on-screen installation instructions to setup your PC.

You may be asked to enter the product key to activate at some stage during the installation, again simply enter the MAK key provided by us to activate.

Follow these steps to redeem a McAfee software activation key that you purchased from Vevo Digital.

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to: mcafee.com/activate
  2. Select your country and language.
    The registration page tries to select the correct region automatically, but it might not always get this right. Confirm that the region is correct before you continue.
  3. Type:
    • The activation code provided by us.
    • Your Email Address.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When prompted, check that your Email Address is correct. If your email address is incorrect:
    1. Click Edit to return to the previous screen.
    2. Correct your email address.
  6. Click Verify.
    Your subscription is now activated.
  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a McAfee account and install your McAfee software.

Check your edition: 

If you have Windows 10 Pro edition installed you can ONLY use a Windows 10 Pro key. If you have Windows 10 Home edition installed, you can use a Home OR Pro key.

  1. Navigate to Settings  > Update & Security  > Activation.
  2. It will show the edition you have installed.

Update Windows:

Make sure your Windows is up to date before attempting to activate.

  1. Navigate to Settings  > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. If you're on the latest version there will be a green tick and a message saying "You're up to date".
  3. If it says there is an update available, please do this before continuing to the next step.

Backup your data: 

Make sure you have backed up any important data, the upgrade process usually goes very smooth however there is always a chance something could go wrong. It is good practice to backup your data before making any major system changes.

Activate Windows 10:

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Activation.
  2. Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character product key.
  3. Select Next to start the activation.

Check your Windows activation: 

To do this simply navigate to Settings  > Update & Security  > Activation. A message will say “Windows is activated” to signify your Windows activation is successful and genuine.

  1. In order to proceed, you first need to have a Bitdefender Central account. If you need to create a new account or access your existing one, you can do so here: Bitdefender Central Signup
  2. Click on the My Subscriptions panel, located on the left side of the window.
  3. Click the ACTIVATION CODE button, then type the code in the corresponding field.
  4. Finally, click on ACTIVATE.
  5. Your subscription is now activated and you’re ready to install on the devices you wish to protect.

OEM Software Notice:   

  • To purchase OEM System Builder license, you must be a System Builder and accept the System Builder License. "System Builder" means an original equipment manufacturer, an assembler, a Refurbisher, or a software preinstaller that sells the Customer System(s) to a third-party. OEM software may ONLY be distributed with a fully assembled computer system.
  • For a desktop operating system or application software, the software also must be preinstalled on the hard drive of the fully assembled computer system, using the OEM Preinstallation Kit (OPK).
  • The system builder who installs the software is responsible for the provision of end-user support.
  • The OEM license is tied to your motherboard, meaning if you change your motherboard you will require a new license.
  • OEM keys only work on a new Windows installation and will not activate or upgrade an existing installation of Windows.

Downloading the Media Creation Tool

To obtain the Windows 10 setup media using the Media Creation Tool, follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows 10 download page.
  2. Under the "Create Windows 10 installation media" section, click the Download tool now button to download the tool to your PC.
  3. Double-click the MediaCreationToolxxxx.exe file that was downloaded to launch the tool.
  4. Click the Accept button to agree to the Microsoft terms.
  5. Select the Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC option
  6. Click the Next button.
  7. Uncheck the Use the recommended options for this PC option (if you need to change something).
  8. Select the correct language, architecture, and edition of Windows 10. Quick tip: If you plan to install Windows 10 on multiple computers running the 32-bit or 64-bit architecture, then use the "Architecture" drop-down menu and select the Both option.
  9. Click the Next button.
  10. Select the USB flash drive option if you want to create a bootable USB. (If you're already on the PC you want install on, select ISO file, this will download the installer which you can then run.)
  11. Click the Next button
  12. Select the flash drive from the list.
  13. Click the Next button.
  14. Click the Finish button.

Windows 10 installation

Warning: This is a friendly reminder that this process will erase everything on your computer. It's recommended to make a temporary full backup of your PC before proceeding if you have files you need to keep.

  1. Start the computer with the Windows 10 USB media or simply run the downloaded ISO installer file and skip to steo 3.
  2. On prompt, press any key to boot from the device.
  3. On the "Windows Setup," click the Next button.
  4. Click the Install now button.
  5. Type the product key if this is your first time installing Windows 10. If you're reinstalling the OS, you can click the I don't have a product key option to continue (assuming that your device was already activated).
  6. Click the Next button.
  7. Select the edition of Windows 10 (If applicable). This selection must match the edition your product key activates.
  8. Click the Next button.
  9. Select the I accept the license terms option to continue.
  10. Click the Next button.
  11. Click on the Custom: Install Windows only (Advanced) option.
  12. Select the partition with the current installation (usually "Drive 0"), and click the Delete button. Quick tip: If "Drive 0" has multiple partitions, you have to select and delete each of the partitions to allow the setup to use the entire drive for the new clean installation. Windows 10 will create the required partitions automatically during the process. It's not necessary to delete the partitions on secondary drives.
  13. Click the Yes button.
  14. Select the empty drive (Drive 0 Unallocated Space).
  15. Click the Next button.

Once you complete the steps, the setup will proceed with the fresh installation on the device.

Windows 10 out-of-box experience

After the installation is complete, continue with the out-of-box experience to create a new account and configure your preferences.

We're following the out-of-box experience available with version 1909 (November 2019 Update), but depending on the release that you're installing, the steps may be slightly different.

  1. Select your Region.
  2. Click the Yes button.
  3. Select your keyboard layout.
  4. Click the Yes button.
  5. Click the Skip button (unless you need to add a second keyboard layout).
  6. Click the Set up for personal use option.
  7. Click the Next button.
  8. Type your Microsoft account information to create an account.
  9. Click the Next button.
  10. Type your Microsoft account password. Or if you use your phone to sign in to Microsoft services, you can click the Use the Microsoft Authenticator app instead option.
  11. Click the Next button.
  12. Click the Create PIN button.
  13. Create your new four-digit Windows Hello PIN. Quick tip: If you want to continue using a traditional password, click the Cancel button to skip the process.
  14. (Optional) If you wish to enable Timeline to access your activity history across devices, click the Yes button. Otherwise, click the No button.
  15. (Optional) You can supply your phone number and then click the Send button to link your phone with your computer. If you want to skip this option, click the Do it later button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  16. (Optional) Click the Next button to allow OneDrive to backup the Desktop, Documents, and Pictures folders to the cloud. If you use another cloud service, or you're not interested in uploading your files to the cloud, click the Only save files to this PC option in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  17. Click the No button to skip the Office setup (if applicable). Quick tip: If you have an Office product key, you can click the I have a product key option, and then the apps will install automatically on your device.
  18. (Optional) Check the Let Cortana respond to "Hey Cortana" option to use the assistance hands-free.
  19. Click the Accept button to allow Microsoft to collect personal information to make Cortana more personal. If you're not interested in this feature, click the Decline button to continue.
  20. Select your privacy settings (and don't forget to scroll down the page to review all the available settings).
  21. Click the Accept button.

After you complete the steps, the settings you selected will apply to the installation, and the desktop should now appear.

Completing setup

Once the installation is complete, you want to ensure that the device has the latest update and that it's been properly activated.

Installing updates

To install the latest security and maintenance updates on Windows 10, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Update & Security.
  3. Click on Windows Update.
  4. Click the Check for updates button.

After you complete the steps, if there are any updates available, they'll download and install automatically (a restart may be required).

Checking activation

To confirm Windows 10 is activated, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Update & Security.
  3. Click on Activation.
  4. If Windows 10 activated successfully, you'd see one of the following messages:
    • Windows is activated with a digital license: The installation has been activated, but the license isn't linked to your Microsoft account.
    • Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account: The installation has been activated, and the license is linked to your Microsoft account.

  1. To redeem a Netflix subscription, visit: netflix.com/redeem - Make sure you're signed into the correct account you wish to apply the subscription to.
  2. Enter the gift subscription code.
  3. If you're new to Netflix, you'll be prompted to start a new Netflix account. If you're an existing Netflix customer but you aren't signed in, click the sign in option under "Already have an account?"

On Mobile

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play
  2. Make sure you're signed into the account you want to apply the credit to.
  3. Tap Menu Menuand thenRedeem.
  4. Enter your code.
  5. Tap Redeem.

On Computer

  1. Visit: play.google.com/redeem
  2. Make sure you're signed into the account you want to apply the credit to.
  3. Enter your code.
  4. Click Redeem.

iPhone, iPad, iPod touch

  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the App Store app.
  2. Tap Today, then tap  or your photo in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code," then sign in with your Apple ID.
  4.  Tap "You can also enter your code manually," then follow the prompts.
  5. Tap Done.
 

Mac or PC

  1. Open iTunes. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > Redeem.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Enter the code manually, then follow the prompts.
  5. Tap redeem when you're done.

eShop Credit

  1. First log in to your Nintendo account here: https://accounts.nintendo.com/login
  2. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME menu.
  3. Scroll left and select "Add Funds."
  4. Select "Redeem a Nintendo eShop Card."
  5.  Enter the 16-character activation code provided by us, then select "OK" to complete the transaction.
      • Please note, the letters o, i, and z are not used.

Game Code On Touchscreen Models

  1. If you haven't already, set up an Internet connection on the system.
  2. Make sure your system has the latest system update.
  3. From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
  4. Select "Menu," then select "Redeem Download Code."
  5. Tap the box that says, "Enter a download code."
  6. Use the touchscreen to enter the download code and tap "OK."
    • If a message appears that says that the code has already been used, it may have already been downloaded to the system. Games that have already been downloaded to your system can be redownloaded from the "Previously Downloaded Titles" area.
  7. Tap "OK" again.
  8. Select "Download Later" or "Download Now."
    • Items downloaded now will begin immediately.
    • Items downloaded later will begin when the system enters sleep mode.

Game Code On Switch

  1. Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
  2. Select the account you want to use.
  3. Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.
  4. Enter the 16-character download code.
    • Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.
  5. Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed.
    • The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.
  1. Firstly, you will need to download and install Uplay, Ubisoft’s download and games manager software (You can do this here: https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-GB).
  2. Once it’s downloaded, run the application and select a directory to install Uplay in.
  3. If you don’t already have an account, you will be required to create one. Click create a new account to do this.
  4. Click the top left "3 line" button, and then click Activate a key.
  5. A product activation box will pop up. Paste in the Uplay activation key provided by us.
  6. Success! Your game will be activated and bound to your Uplay account.
  7. The game has now been added to your Uplay library where you can start the download.

Activating Office:

Step 1

Go to Office.com/setup, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one.

To redeem an Origin key and play, you will require an Origin account and the game client, the Origin game client can be downloaded here: https://www.origin.com/nld/en-us/store/download

And you can create an account here if you do not already have one by clicking Register in the lower left hand corner here: https://www.origin.com/

Redeem via the game App/Client:

  1. Login to Origin with the EA account you would like your game added to.
  2. Click on the Origin menu at the top left.
  3. Select "Redeem Product Code"
  4. Enter the serial key provided.
  5. The game will be added to your "My Games" section of Origin.

Redeem via the Origin website:

  1. Go to activate.ea.com.
  2. Log in with your EA / Origin account information.
  3. Enter your product code in the "Redeem Your Code" page
