Vevo Digital implements a range of robust fraud prevention methods to safeguard our business, our payment partners and customer cards against possible misuse.
Methods including, but not limited to, the use of a VPN, Proxy, VoIP or temporary/disposable phone number, temporary/disposable email address, incorrect billing details or any other methods of concealing or altering the true location or identity of a user on the Site may lead to an order being held for manual verification.
Under this policy we may ask a customer to assist us in verifying the billing details provided at checkout are accurate and match those of the registered card holder to ensure the integrity and legitimacy of transactions.
How do we verify billing details?
We use a valid proof of address document (photo or scan) that matches the billing details provided at checkout. It must have your full name and address visible, any other details may be covered up/blanked out for your privacy.
The following documents constitute a valid proof of address:
- Utility bill dated within the last three months
- Bank or card statement dated within the last three months
- Mortgage statement or lease agreement
- Tax invoice or receipt
- Item of mail
- Current valid driving license
- Current valid passport
Documents are transmitted securely via SSL encrypted email to a secure business inbox, and are permanently deleted after verification.
Refusal to assist us in verifying the billing details within 7 days from time of purchase will result in an order being considered too high risk or fraudulent, resulting in the order being rejected and refunded. The corresponding user account on the Site will be terminated and blocked from future purchases.
What Is Your Returns & Cancellations PolicyVevo Digital
A faulty product (key) must be returned to us within 30 days from the time of purchase, after this period the product (key) will be deemed accepted.
Upon returning a faulty product (key), we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve within 24 hours. If we are unable to resolve the fault we will provide a replacement product (key), or a full refund.
You may cancel an order within 14 days from the time of purchase only if the product (key) has not been used. We cannot accept a cancellation if the product (key) has already been used.
A customer cancellation is subject to a restocking charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the total order value to cover our incurred processing costs.
Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours of agreeing to issue a refund. The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card statement.
What Is Your Payment PolicyVevo Digital
All prices listed on the Site and payments made to us shall be in USD ($) . If you pay with a card held in a currency other than USD, your card issuer may charge you a currency conversion fee.
We accept the following card brands:
- American Express
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is both PCI and PSD2 compliant and AES-256 encrypted. Vevo Digital does not handle, process or store your card information.
Stripe will charge your chosen card the total amount shown on the checkout page immediately after you authorize by clicking the "Place Order" button at checkout. The statement descriptor for payments made to us on your card statement will be listed as "vevodigital.com".
If your card is declined for any reason at checkout you may see a temporary pre-authorization charge on your card statement, this will be automatically be removed by your card issuer as there was not a successful charge made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment or that of our payment processor Stripe, appear to be fraudulent, or we are unable to verify in line with our Fraud Prevention Policy.
What Is Your Delivery PolicyVevo Digital
All of our products are delivered digitally as a unique "key" which is activated on the corresponding platform, granting the purchased product to the customer.
Along with a unique key, we provide an Activation Guide or Download Link for each product.
Our average delivery time is under 5 minutes, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order, and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.
We are an all-digital vendor, as such we do not physically ship anything to you. This lets us pass on significant cost savings, speed up delivery time and help save the environment from needless wasted packaging and transportation emissions.
