An Adobe Creative Cloud redemption code is a combination of 24 alphanumeric digits, for example J72D-I83E-N87F-213E-B980-K915.
To redeem a code for your subscription, follow the below steps:
Open the redemption page

Open the Redeem your Creative Cloud membership page and sign in or create a new Adobe account.
Enter redemption code
Enter the 24 character redemption code provided by us and follow the on-screen steps.
Download & install

Download and install the software apps of your choice from the Apps page.
This guide walks through how to activate, download and install Office using a product key. The product shown in the below screenshots is just an example, you will receive the product you purchased upon redemption.
Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to login.live.com, if you are not already signed in, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create one.
Enter your key
Go to account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem, enter your 25 character CD key (shown on your order page), click next.
If you see an error saying “This code has already been redeemed“, skip to step 4 of this guide and continue from there.
If you see an error saying “You are not logged in. Please login before redeeming a token“, click here for a guide to resolve.Redeem the key
Check the product shown matches the product you purchased.
By clicking confirm, you agree to the Microsoft Services Agreement. Microsoft will immediately provide you with access to the software download. There are no refunds after clicking confirm due to the key being redeemed and the license being permanently tied to your Microsoft account.
Download
Go to the services & subscriptions page of your Microsoft account, you will see the software download listed along with the date it was added to your Microsoft account. If you ever need to reinstall the software in the future, you just revisit this page.
Click the install link to download the software.
Customize the download
Choose the language and version you wish to install then click the install button to download the software.
Uninstall existing Office suites
Before installing your new Office suite you should fully uninstall any old Office suites on your computer. Old Office installs (especially Office 365) are known to cause conflicts with a new installation, Office 365 in particular will attempt to override your new install.

Double click on the Office installer that was downloaded to your computer (most likely in your downloads folder) and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you get an error message saying “Sorry it looks like you’re on a slow connection…”, Office is taking a really long time to install, or it appears to hang during the install, you may want to cancel the installation and then try some of the following solutions.
Install complete
Your install is complete when you see the message “You’re all set! Office is installed now”.
Sign in to set up Office
Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account, sign in to the same account you used in step 1 as this is the account the license is tied to.
Returns (Problem With Product)
We provide a 30 day guarantee from the time of purchase to report a problem redeeming a CD key.
Upon reporting a problem redeeming the CD key we will provide troubleshooting steps to resolve within 24 hours.
If we are unable to resolve the problem via troubleshooting, we will provide a replacement CD key or a full refund.
Cancellations (Product No Longer Needed)
Orders for CD keys be cancelled up to 14 days from the time of purchase only if the CD key remains un-redeemed/un-used.
Cancellations are subject to a minimal cancellation charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the refund to cover our incurred processing costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours after agreeing to a return or cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us and Stripe.
Refunds can only be made to the method of payment used to place the order.
The refund can take up to 10 days to show on your card/banking statement, this is beyond our control.

Visit your order page

(If you are asked to log in, use the same details you provided at checkout.)
View order
On your orders page that opens, click the “View” button next to your order.
(If the order status is “Processing” then we are still working on completing your order within the advertised timeframe.)
View your CD key(s)
Scroll down and your CD key(s) will be shown under the “CD Key” heading.

Install Windows 11
Instructions for installation can be found by clicking the “before you begin” tabs.
Activate Windows 11
In the Windows Search Bar type in “Activation settings” and hit enter. This will load the activation window showing which Windows 11 Edition you have installed and its activation status.
Under the “Change product key” row, click the “Change” button.
A window will open asking you to “Enter a product key“, type or paste in your 25 character Windows 11 key and click “Next“.
Back on the Activation window, your Windows Edition and activation status will update to reflect.

Install Windows 10
Run the downloaded tool and follow the on-screen instructions.

How to redeem a battle.net code.
Online (recommended)
Step 1: Log into your Account Overview page
Step 2: Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code
Via the app
Step 1: From the Games tab, click the Redeem a Code button found under the logo of any game
Step 2: From the Shop tab, click Services and then Redeem a Code
All products come with an activation guide or download link which you can follow to redeem your CD key(s), and install the software if it’s a software product.
Visit your order page

View Order

Sign in or create Microsoft account
Go to setup.office.com, if you are not already signed in, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create one.
Enter your key
On the setup.office.com page, enter your 25 character CD key (shown on your order page), select your country or region and your language, click next.
Redeem the key
Check the product shown matches the product you purchased.
Click next to agree to the Microsoft Services Agreement. Microsoft will immediately provide you with full access to your software after you complete this redemption. There are no refunds past this point due to the key being permanently linked to your Microsoft account.
Download
Click the download now button to download the software.
Uninstall existing Office suites

Install complete

Activation wizard
This only applies to Office 2016 Suites or older.
Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to activate your product with the Office Activation Wizard.
Select “I want to activate the software over the Internet”, and then select next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.
If the internet activation fails, try the “I want to activate the software by telephone” and then select next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.
How to use Xbox game share to install and play games on your console from a pre-loaded Xbox account.
The below settings may vary slightly depending on which generation console you are using.
Launch Xbox Menu

Startup your Xbox and sign in to your Xbox account. Press the Xbox button on your controller to launch the menu.
Navigate To Profile & System Tab

Navigate to the Profile & System tab using the RB and LB bumpers on your controller and select Add or switch.
Select Add New

When asked “who are you?”, select add new.
Sign In

Sign in with the pre-loaded account email address and password.
When you log in to the pre-loaded Xbox account you may be asked to enter a security code sent to the recovery email address.
To obtain the security code:
Go to this website.
Enter the first part of the recovery email address (provided with your order).
The security code email should be listed containing the security code.
Return To Profile & System Tab

Next, go back to the Profile & System tab and select Add or switch again. Then select the pre-loaded account.
Go To Settings

Now press the Xbox button on your controller again. As before, go to Profile & System, but this time select Settings.
Go To Personalization Settings

Select General in the left-hand menu and select Personalization.
Set As My Home Xbox

Now select My home Xbox.
Make this my home Xbox

Click Make this my home Xbox.
Return To Profile & System Tab

Next, go back to the Profile & System tab and select Add or switch again. Then select your main Xbox account.
Xbox Games Library

The game from the pre-loaded Xbox account will now be available for you to download and install on your main Xbox account in the games library.
Secure The Account
Finally, you must change the password and recovery details of the pre-loaded Xbox account to secure it and prevent any un-authorized access.
To do this go to: https://account.microsoft.com/security
Sign in with the pre-loaded Xbox account details, you may need to enter a security code sent to the recovery email.
Once signed in, change the recovery email address (you must be able to access the email address to receive security codes) and change or remove the recovery phone number, finally change the password.
Windows can present activation errors for a wide variety of reasons, run through the steps below to troubleshoot Windows activation errors.
Internet connection & system time
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and that the system date and time is set correctly for your timezone.
If you have no internet connection, you will see the icon shown in the image above.
Activation troubleshooter
Run the Windows Activation Troubleshooter which will attempt to automatically resolve any issues.
Windows update
Check Windows Update for any outstanding updates, download and install any outstanding updates.
Restart your PC
Restart your PC and retry the activation.
Phone activation
If all of the above steps fail to get Windows activated, Microsoft recommends attempting a phone activation.
Do this by clicking the Activate by Phone link on the activation page or by typing the following into the search bar and hitting enter: slui.exe 4
Still unable to activate
If you’re still unable to get Windows activated, please contact us and include the following information in your message:
1. What edition of Windows is installed, select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Activation
2. What error code is being shown when you try to activate, e.g. (0xC004F050)
3. Have you done a fresh Windows installation?
How to redeem an Xbox code.
Online (recommended)
Go to redeem.microsoft.com
Sign in to the Microsoft Account associated with your Xbox profile
Enter your 25-character code then follow the prompts
Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One console
Sign in to your Xbox console
From the Home screen, select and open the Store app. (If the Store app is not displayed, go to My games & apps, select Apps, and select the Store app from there.)
In the Store app, move the cursor left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu
From that menu, select Redeem
Enter the 25-character code then follow the prompts
Xbox 360 console
Sign in to your Xbox 360
Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller
Select Games & Apps, then choose Redeem Code
Enter the 25-character code then follow the prompts
How to redeem a PSN code.
Online
Step 1: On a web browser, Sign in to your PlayStation Network
Step 2: In the Account section on the left, select Redeem Codes
Step 3: Enter your 12-digit voucher code or prepaid PlayStation card number, and select Next
Console
Step 1: From the Playstation Menu, go to the PlayStation Store.
Step 2: Select Redeem Codes on the left hand side menu
Step 3: Enter the code and select Continue
Step 4: The content will be automatically applied to your account, available for immediate download, or available in your Library > Purchased section
How to redeem a Steam code.
Steam client & Steam account
You will require a steam account and the game client, the Steam game client can be downloaded here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/.

Launch the Steam client and login to your Steam account.
Redeem code
Click the games drop down menu in the top left then choose “activate a product on Steam”
Redeemed
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process and add the game to your Steam library.

Check your services & subscriptions page

Sometimes the Microsoft redemption page glitches out during redemption and states the key has been redeemed, when it’s actually been applied to your account.

This is what to do if you see a “You are not logged in. Please login before redeeming a token” Microsoft error message error message on the Microsoft redemption page.
Try a private/incognito browsing session

Sometimes a caching/cookie issue can cause the Microsoft website to show this error thinking you are not logged in.
To negate this you can open a private/incognito browsing session in your web browser (instructions below for the most common browsers), log in to your Microsoft account again and attempt the redemption.
Chrome:
Click More
New Incognito Window.
A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon .
Firefox:
Click the menu button and then click New Private Window.
Edge:
Click Settings and more > New InPrivate window.
Safari:
In the Safari app on your Mac, click File > New Private Window, or switch to a private window that’s already open.
Opera:
Click and click Private mode.
Vivaldi:
Go to the Vivaldi menu > File > New Private Window.
Try a different web browser

Sometimes the easiest option is just to try a different web browser entirely, log in to your Microsoft account again and attempt the redemption from a different web browser.
In iOS 14, some users are opting to use the Shortcuts app to add custom iOS app icons to their home screen, continuing the growing trend of customizing your home screen.
You can freely alter the appearance of your home screen by replacing the default app icons with images of your choice. You will need to find or create an image for your new app icon on your home screen before following this guide. There are many different looks that you can download online.
