We understand there is a lot of mystery around buying keys online, especially when it comes to their authenticity. We work tirelessly and to strict standards in order to provide only genuine keys, we'll explain in detail how we do this below.

Specifically in regards to Microsoft products as this is where the most concern occurs; we do not follow the same bad practises that many of our competitors unfortunately do. Namely selling MSDN keys, or the splitting of volume license keys and selling the same key to multiple individuals. Both of these practises are not allowed under Microsofts EULA and are morally wrong, we 100% agree with this and refuse to take part in these practises.

To make sure of this, we work with only select trusted suppliers and enforce strict guidelines on the type of key we will buy (details below). We perform regular audits on keys at random using a PID checker which allows us to see the full details of a key, most importantly the license type. We also reguarly check directly with official Microsoft representatives to confirm the authenticity and type of key to make sure it's genuine and of a type that can be sold and we encourage you to do the same if you're in any doubt or would simply like to double check for peace of mind.

We will only ever sell two types of key to an end consumer, full retail (sometimes called FPP) and OEM keys. Both of these will be sold for one activation to a single customer only. Retail keys can be used in any scenario, OEM keys are for system builders who must agree to the OEM software terms.

Only for Enterprise editions do we offer a MAK key with an advertised number of activations to a single commercial customer who may use it for multiple activations only within their organization. We never split these and they are sold strictly for commercial use only.

Finally, it's important to note that we do not sell or supply any software/download, we only sell and supply an activation key. You must either already have, or must use the official software provided by Microsoft. Where possible we provide a free guide on how to obtain the software as part of the product description.

We sincerely hope our honesty and openness is made clear in the above explanation, however should you have any further questions please do contact us as we aim to be as open as possible.

During our working hours we may offer remote support via Teamviewer for installation/activation issues you may be experiencing if we think there's a good chance of being able to resolve your issue.

If you do not already have Teamviewer, please download and install by clicking the relevant button for your Operating System below and when requested provide us with the ID and Password so we can remotely connect.

No we do not, unlike the big online marketplaces that charge extortionate 'buyer protection' fees we do not charge these for two simple reasons.

Firstly we know what we're selling is genuine as we don't have to rely on potentially unscrupulous third party sellers on our platform.

Secondly, in the very rare circumstance there is a problem with an item we have sold, we provide the support free of charge and feel it would be wrong to charge extra just to get you what you paid for.

Absolutely not, unlike some of our competitors we do not charge any additional payment fees for any payment method you chose to use. We use PayPal as our payment processor as they're one of the most trusted and secure payment providers in the world.

If there is any currency conversion required for your purchase, PayPal will handle that for you and applies their own conversion rates, this is not a fee applied by us.

You can add codes to your Blizzard account through the website or through the Blizzard App. This includes game keys, Blizzard Balance codes, game time codes, gift codes, pets and mounts, and promotional codes.

Claim Your Code on the Website

To claim a code on the website:

  1. Log into your Account Overview
  2. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

To claim a code on the Blizzard App:

  1. From the Games tab, click the Redeem a Code button found under the logo of any game
  2. From the Shop tab, click Services and then Redeem a Code
  1. In order to proceed, you first need to have a Bitdefender Central account. If you need to create a new account or access your existing one, you can do so here: Bitdefender Central Signup
  2. Click on the My Subscriptions panel, located on the left side of the window.
  3. Click the ACTIVATION CODE button, then type the code in the corresponding field.
  4. Finally, click on ACTIVATE.
  5. Your subscription is now activated and you’re ready to install on the devices you wish to protect.

On Mobile

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play
  2. Make sure you're signed into the account you want to apply the credit to.
  3. Tap Menu Menuand thenRedeem.
  4. Enter your code.
  5. Tap Redeem.

On Computer

  1. Visit:

  4. Click Redeem.

Follow these steps to redeem a McAfee software activation key that you purchased from Vevo Digital.

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to:
  2. Select your country and language.
    The registration page tries to select the correct region automatically, but it might not always get this right. Confirm that the region is correct before you continue.
  3. Type:
    • The activation code provided by us.
    • Your Email Address.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When prompted, check that your Email Address is correct. If your email address is incorrect:
    1. Click Edit to return to the previous screen.
    2. Correct your email address.
  6. Click Verify.
    Your subscription is now activated.
  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a McAfee account and install your McAfee software.

Important: Please make sure to uninstall any existing Office Suites on your machine prior to installing, they can cause conflicts resulting in errors

Activating Office:

Step 1

Go to, sign in using your Microsoft account, or create a new one. You’ll see your name if we detect your Microsoft account automatically.

Review your Office product

Installing Office:

Step 1

Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page and sign in using your Microsoft account. This is where you can see and manage all of your activated Office products, if you need to re-install a program in the future you can simply return to this page and download your product again.

Select the options you want with the "Other options" link (such as 64-bit and language), and then select Install.

Redeeming an Office 365 subscription:

For uninterrupted service, provide payment info for recurring billing or leave off if you do not wish to be automatically billed at the end of your subscription. Now you’re ready to install Office – See “Installing Office” steps.

Review the details of your Office 365 subscription

First, please copy the 25 digit code provided by us to your clipboard. The code can be viewed by clicking the link provided on the first line of your Order Complete email, or by following our Delivery Guide.

Secondly, to redeem the code please load the Windows Store app on your PC, make sure you're signed in to the account you wish to link the product to and then click the three little dots in the top right to open the drop down menu, then click Redeem a code.

Third, paste in the 25 digit code you copied onto your clipboard and click Next.

(If you receive any error messages at this stage, please Contact Us so we can resolve)

Forurth, the following screen will show you the product you're going to get when you click Confirm - Once you click confirm the product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds.

Lastly, now the product is linked to your account you need to install it. Click the three little dots again, and in the drop down menu click My Library. In the left hand column, click Ready to install, Minecraft Windows 10 Edition should then be listed with an Install link to click. Your game will now install and be ready to play.

(If you had a trial/demo installed prior, you will need to un-install that and then re-install following the above instructions as this can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version which is incorrect)

  1. To redeem a Netflix subscription, visit: - Make sure you're signed into the correct account you wish to apply the subscription to.
  2. Enter the gift subscription code.
  3. If you're new to Netflix, you'll be prompted to start a new Netflix account. If you're an existing Netflix customer but you aren't signed in, click the sign in option under "Already have an account?"

eShop Credit

  1. First log in to your Nintendo account here:
  2. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME menu.
  3. Scroll left and select "Add Funds."
  4. Select "Redeem a Nintendo eShop Card."
  5.  Enter the 16-character activation code provided by us, then select "OK" to complete the transaction.
      • Please note, the letters o, i, and z are not used.

Game Code On Touchscreen Models

  1. If you haven't already, set up an Internet connection on the system.
  2. Make sure your system has the latest system update.
  3. From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
  4. Select "Menu," then select "Redeem Download Code."
  5. Tap the box that says, "Enter a download code."
  6. Use the touchscreen to enter the download code and tap "OK."
    • If a message appears that says that the code has already been used, it may have already been downloaded to the system. Games that have already been downloaded to your system can be redownloaded from the "Previously Downloaded Titles" area.
  7. Tap "OK" again.
  8. Select "Download Later" or "Download Now."
    • Items downloaded now will begin immediately.
    • Items downloaded later will begin when the system enters sleep mode.

Game Code On Switch

  1. Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
  2. Select the account you want to use.
  3. Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.
  4. Enter the 16-character download code.
    • Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.
  5. Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed.
    • The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

For new NordVPN customers

  1. Navigate to

Redeem a code on console:
  1. From the PS4™ Menu, go to the PlayStation Store.
  2. Select Redeem Codes on the left hand side menu.
  3. Enter the code and select Continue.
  4. The content will be automatically applied to your account, available for immediate download, or available in your PS4™ Library > Purchased section.
Redeem a code on the Playstation website:
  1. On a web browser, Sign in to your PlayStation Network.
  2. In the Account section on the left, select Redeem Codes.
  3. Enter your 12-digit voucher code or prepaid PlayStation® card number, and select Next.
  1. Head over to the Runescape pre-paid cards page here: and click "Activate Card" you will then be prompted to log into your account
  2. Enter your PIN here (no need to add spaces)
  3. Select your preferred package
  4. Hit 'redeem'
  5. That's it - you'll be taken to a confirmation screen, where you can confirm your package or hit 'cancel' in case you want to take one last look at your options.

To redeem a Steam key and play, you will require a steam account and the game client, the Steam game client can be downloaded here:

To redeem your game keys, follow the below steps:

  1. Launch the Steam client and login to your Steam account.
  2. Click the games menu.
  3. Choose activate a product on Steam.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
  1. Firstly, you will need to download and install Uplay, Ubisoft’s download and games manager software (You can do this here:
  2. Once it’s downloaded, run the application and select a directory to install Uplay in.
  3. If you don’t already have an account, you will be required to create one. Click create a new account to do this.
  4. Click the top left "3 line" button, and then click Activate a key.
  5. A product activation box will pop up. Paste in the Uplay activation key provided by us.
  6. Success! Your game will be activated and bound to your Uplay account.
  7. The game has now been added to your Uplay library where you can start the download.

It is important to note that MAK keys do not work via the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation, as such you need to install via the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool

First download the latest Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from here: Windows 10 Download Page

Once downloaded, open Command Prompt or PowerShell in your Downloads folder. To do this, click in the address bar while inside the downloads folder and type in Powershell then hit enter.

Enter the following line and hit enter: MediaCreationTool1909.exe /Eula Accept /Retail /MediaArch x64 /MediaLangCode en-US /MediaEdition Enterprise

If you need a 32-bit Windows Enterprise version instead of the standard 64-bit (not recommended), change the following argument to /MediaArch x86

Confirm the UAC prompt by clicking yes.

You may be asked for the product key at this stage, enter the MAK key provided by us to proceed and build the ISO.

Choose to create the installation media.

Select "ISO File" for the destination media option.

This will make the tool to download the ISO image without media software pre-installed.

Finally, run the ISO image that has been downloaded to your PC and proceed through the on-screen installation instructions to setup your PC.

You may be asked to enter the product key to activate at some stage during the installation, again simply enter the MAK key provided by us to activate.
