Below you’ll find the most common questions (FAQs) we receive at Vevo Digital.
This is what to do if you see the “This code has already been redeemed” error message when redeeming a Microsoft code.
Sometimes, the Microsoft redemption page glitches during the redemption process and incorrectly states that the key has already been redeemed.
- Sign out of your Microsoft account.
- Go to Services & Subscriptions.
- Log back into your Microsoft account and check if the software now appears under your Services & Subscriptions.
If it still does not show up after following these steps, please contact us and let us know that you have already tried these steps so we don’t ask you to repeat them.
This is what to do if you see the “You are not logged in. Please log in before redeeming a token” error message on the Microsoft redemption page.
Try Private/Incognito
The most common issue is a caching/cookie problem that causes the Microsoft website to show this error message. To resolve this, open a private/incognito browsing session in your web browser, log in to your Microsoft account again, and try the redemption once more.
You can easily open a private/incognito browsing session using the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Chrome Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n
- Chrome Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n
- Safari: Press Shift + Command + n
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + p
Different Browser
Sometimes, the simplest solution is to try a different web browser. Open another browser, log in to your Microsoft account again, and attempt the redemption once more.

Limitations and Restrictions
Some codes have regional restrictions. You cannot use a code that doesn’t belong to your region.
A code can only be claimed once & once claimed, cannot be sold, traded, gifted, etc.
Some codes must be activated by the cashier before they work. For example, Blizzard Balance was purchased in a shop.
Some codes must be claimed before their expiration date. For example, promotional codes.
Item or pet codes distributed before BlizzCon 2009 and all World of Warcraft Trading Card Game item codes must be redeemed through the World of Warcraft Promotion Code Retrieval page.
To redeem your Call Of Duty BETA CD key, follow the steps below.
- Go to https://www.callofduty.com/modernwarfare2/beta
- Click the “Redeem Code” button
- Sign in to or create a new Call of Duty account
- Enter your BETA code provided by us (shown on your orders page)
- Select the platform you wish to play on
- Select your Country
- Click the “Submit” button
We can delete your Vevo Digital account upon request. Please contact us to initiate the account deletion process.
We will send a confirmation email to the address linked to your account to verify the deletion request.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all orders and will not be able to retrieve your key(s) again. Please record this information before submitting a deletion request.
Timeframe
In stock products are delivered within 10 minutes of payment.
Products available to order are delivered within 24 hours of payment.
Each product page clearly displays the stock status and delivery timeframe.
Method
All products are delivered digitally, there are no physical products or deliveries.
You will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email with a direct link to access your key(s).

To redeem your Microsoft Store CD key, follow the steps below.

Open the Microsoft Store app
Load the Microsoft Store app, and make sure you’re signed in to the Microsoft account you wish to link the product to.
Click the three dots in the top right corner to open a drop-down menu, then click “Redeem a code”.

Enter your code
Type or paste in your 25-digit code and click “Next”.

Confirm product
You will be shown the product you’re going to get by redeeming the code. Upon clicking “Confirm”.
The product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds past this point.

Install
The product is now linked to your account and you’re ready to download and install. Click the three dots again, and in the drop-down menu click “My Library”.
In the left-hand column, click “Ready to install”, your redeemed product will be listed here, with an “Install” link to click.If you have a trial/demo version of a product already installed, you must uninstall that first. Otherwise, it can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version, despite redeeming a code for the full product.
My Card Was Declined At Checkout
The most common reason a card is declined at checkout is that the ZIP/postal code does not match the details your card issuer has on file. To avoid this, ensure that the billing details entered at checkout match those on file with your card issuer.
You may be prompted to authorize the transaction via an on-screen request, known as 3-D Secure. This is typically completed through an in-app approval or an SMS code sent by your card issuer.
If you are certain that your billing details are correct, you may need to contact your card issuer to authorize the payment.
If you are using a VPN, please disconnect while making the payment, as certain VPN IP addresses may be blocked due to prior fraudulent activity by other users of the VPN.
Pending Charge On My Card
If your card is declined at checkout, you may notice a pending “pre-authorization” charge on your card statement. This will automatically be removed within 24–48 hours, as no successful charge was made.
Some products have a delivery time of up to 24 hours, during which time the order status will show as ‘Processing’.

Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.

Enter the 16-character download code.
Some retailer cards for Nintendo Switch software will include both a Control Number and a Download Code. Make sure that you are entering the Download Code (no hyphens in the number) and not the Control Number (has hyphens, e.g. XXXX-A00000-000000, F50EEUR-A00000-000000).
Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.

Select “Confirm” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed.
The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

Go to login.live.com
Sign in to your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one (needs to be a personal Microsoft account, not an organization account).

Enter your code
Go to account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem
Paste your 25-character product key into the box, make sure the account the product key will be added to is correct, and click next.
If you see an error saying “This code has already been redeemed“, skip to step 4 of this guide.
If you see an error saying “You are not logged in. Please login before redeeming a token“, click here for a guide to resolve. -
Confirm and redeem
Confirm the product is correct, click confirm.
*There are no refunds after clicking confirm, this is due to the key being consumed and the license being permanently tied to your Microsoft account.

Download Office
Go to the subscriptions tab of your Microsoft account, you will see your redeemed software listed, along with the date it was added to your Microsoft account.
Click the install link on the right-hand side to download the software.

Customize the download
Choose the language and version you wish to install then click the install button to download.

Uninstall existing Office suites
Before installing your new Office suite you should fully uninstall any old Office suites on your computer. Old Office installs are known to cause conflicts with a new installation, Office 365 in particular will attempt to override your new install.

Install Office
Double-click on the Office installer that was downloaded to your computer (most likely in your downloads folder) and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your installation is complete when you see the message “You’re all set! Office is installed now”.

Go to setup.office.com, and click Get started.

Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to activate your product with the Office Activation Wizard.
Select “I want to activate the software over the Internet”, and then select Next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.
If the internet activation fails, try the “I want to activate the software by telephone” and then select next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.

To redeem your Origin CD key, follow the steps below.

Origin client & Origin account
You will require an Origin account and the game client, the Origin game client can be downloaded here: https://www.origin.com/nld/en-us/store/download

Launch Origin client
Open the Origin game client and click the Origin menu in the top left.

What type of keys do you supply?
When purchasing software keys, it’s important to know exactly what you’re getting and from whom. Unfortunately, some unscrupulous vendors sell Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) keys that aren’t intended for resale and will ultimately be deactivated by Microsoft. Additionally, some sellers improperly split Multiple Activation Keys (MAK)among multiple customers instead of using them as intended for a single organization, leading to eventual deactivation. Lastly, some vendors provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) keys without disclosing the restrictions that come with them.
At Vevo Digital, we take a different approach. We never sell MSDN keys, do not split MAK keys, and always clearly identify OEM products and their associated restrictions on the product pages. While our prices may be slightly higher than some competitors, we prioritize legitimate, fully functional software keys that won’t cause issues down the line.
We provide three types of keys, which are always clearly labeled on the product page:
- Retail – These keys are intended for retail distribution and can be used by any consumer.
- OEM – If you’re building a new computer system, you may qualify as an “Original Equipment Manufacturer” and use these keys. However, OEM keys come with certain limitations, which are clearly outlined on the product page.
- MAK – These keys are designed for organizations to perform multiple activations on internal systems. Each MAK key has a fixed number of activations and is never split or shared.
How can I be sure your keys are genuine?
Here’s why you can trust our keys and how you can verify them yourself:
- All keys pass Microsoft’s activation servers, confirming their validity and legitimacy.
- The delivered key will match the advertised key type.
- Keys redeemed directly through Microsoft’s website (such as Office keys) will appear under your Services & Subscriptions page, just as if you purchased from a major retailer or directly from Microsoft.
- Although not officially supported by Microsoft, you can use a PID checker to verify the key type and its validity.

No Extra Fees

To redeem your PSN CD key, follow the steps below.

Step 1: On a web browser, Sign in to your PlayStation Network
Step 2: In the Account section on the left, select Redeem Codes
Step 3: Enter your 12-digit voucher code or prepaid PlayStation card number, and select Next

Step 1: From the PlayStation Menu, go to the PlayStation Store.
Step 2: Select Redeem Codes on the left-hand side menu
Step 3: Enter the code and select Continue
Step 4: The content will be automatically applied to your account, available for immediate download, or available in your Library > Purchased section
Report Faulty Keys
We offer a 30-day activation guarantee from the time of delivery. If you receive a faulty product key, please report it via our contact page.
Once reported, we will investigate the issue and provide troubleshooting steps.
If the key remains faulty after troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement key or a full refund.
Return Unused Keys
You can return an unused key within 30 days of delivery by submitting a cancellation request via our contact page.
Used keys, those that have been redeemed/activated, cannot be returned.
A minimal cancellation fee of 3.4% + $0.30 (USD) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving a valid cancellation request or approving a refund for a faulty key. You will receive a confirmation email from both Vevo Digital and Stripe.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
It may take up to 10 days for the funds to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing time. Unfortunately, this timeframe is beyond our control.

Launch the Steam client and log in to your Steam account.

Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve any Windows activation errors.

(0xC004C008) error code
If you see this error code, please contact us and mention that you are receiving error code 0xC004C008 in your message so we know what needs to be fixed.

(0xC004F050) error code
This error code means the key does not match or is incompatible with the edition of Windows already installed.
For OEM keys:
You will see this error code if you are trying to upgrade from Home to Pro, or if you are trying to use a Home key on a Pro or higher installation.
(OEM keys do not support upgrades and should only be used during a fresh Windows installation by a system builder.)For retail keys:
You will see this error code if you are trying to use a Home key on a Pro or higher installation. If you have an alternative edition installed, such as Home N or Pro N, a standard Home or Pro key will not activate these alternative editions.Solutions:

Confirm that your device is up to date by checking Windows Update and installing any available updates
To check for updates, select Start > Settings > Windows Update > then select Check for updates.

Activation troubleshooter
If you’re unable to activate Windows, the Activation troubleshooter may help.
To use the troubleshooter, select Start > Settings > System > Activation > then select Troubleshoot.

Internet connection
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
To check your network connection, select Start > Settings > Network & internet. The status of your network connection will appear at the top.

Restart your PC
Restart your PC and try the activation again.
To restart your PC, select Start > Power > Restart.

Activate by phone (if available)
You may be given the option to activate by phone.
To activate by phone, go to the Activate Windows Now section > then select Activate by Phone.
If you have received a game key or content key for PC, you will need to activate it on Ubisoft Connect PC in order to access the game or content.

If you do not currently have an Ubisoft account, you will need to create one.

To redeem your Visual Studio 2022 CD key, follow the steps below.

Download the installer
Head to https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/
Click the free trial button under the professional edition, as highlighted in the above image.

Run the installer
Run the downloaded exe installer file.
Go through the onscreen installation process to install the workloads, components, language packs of your choice, and select the installation location.

Open activation window
Once installed, click the Help menu dropdown, then click Register Visual Studio.

Activate with a key
Click Unlock with a Product Key then enter the 25-character product key and click Apply.
Your Visual Studio 2022 software is now fully activated and ready to use.
Follow the steps below to view your key(s):
- Go to the orders page in your Vevo Digital account.
(If prompted to log in, use the same credentials you used at checkout.) - Click the “View” button next to the relevant order.
- Your key(s) will be displayed on the order page.

Run the downloaded ISO file and follow the on-screen instructions to go through the install.

Activate Windows 10
In the Windows Search Bar type in “Activation settings” and hit enter. This will load the activation window showing which Windows 11 Edition you have installed and its activation status.
Under the “Change product key” row, click the “Change” button.
A window will open asking you to “Enter a product key“, type or paste in your 25-character Windows 11 key and click “Next“.
Back on the Activation window, your Windows Edition and activation status will update to reflect.
To redeem your Windows 10 Enterprise CD key, follow the steps below.

Launch PowerShell and navigate to the folder with the Media Creation Tool (most likely your downloads folder).

In the PowerShell window, use the command below and hit Enter to execute.

The MediaArch x64 argument specifies 64 bit, if you require 32 bit simply change this argument to Media Arch x86.

Run the downloaded tool or ISO file and follow the on-screen instructions to go through the install.

To activate an evaluation edition install of Windows Server with a product key, you will need to use the following PowerShell command.

Launch Powershell
Click Start or hit the Start button on your keyboard, type PowerShell, and then right click Windows PowerShell and click Run as administrator.

Enter command
Enter the following command, changing the set-edition to either ServerEssentials, ServerStandard or ServerDatacenter depending on the edition you are activating, and changing the ProductKey section with your 25 character product key.
DISM /Online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx /AcceptEula -
Restart
The required changes will be made and it will ask if you wish to restart now, hit Y on your keyboard for yes.

Check edition
Once restarted, you can run PowerShell again with the following command to check your current edition.
DISM /Online /Get-CurrentEdition
