Troubleshooting Windows Activation Errors:

  • Make sure that any outstanding Windows Updates have been completed and installed.
  • Run the Windows Activation Troubleshooter on the Activation page.
  • Restart your computer and retry activation.
  • Use the toll-free automated phone activation service by clicking Activate by Phone on the Activation page. If you do not see this option, you can load it by typing into the Windows Search Bar SLUI 4 (must have a space before the 4), hit enter, it will first ask for your country/region, then follow the on-screen instructions.

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve your activation error please let us know.

  • Run the downloaded .exe file and go through the onscreen install process.
  • Once installed, load the software and you will be greeted with the below page, for now click "Continue without code"
  • On the next window, hover over the "Help" tab, and then click "Register Product"
  • On this page there will be an option to click "Unlock with a product key", click this and enter the product key provided by us. It will then display a message saying "License: Product key applied" - Your software is now fully activated and ready to use, enjoy.

Activating Office:

Step 1

Go to redeem.microsoft.com/, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one.

Enter your 25 character product key, click next.

Errors:

"Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant." - Please try using the guide HERE.

"This code has already been redeemed." - Please scroll down this page to the "Installing Office" section.

If the product is correct, select Confirm to finish the redemption process. Now you’re ready to download and install Office.

Installing Office:

Step 1

Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page and sign in using your Microsoft account if you're not signed in already. This is where you can see and manage all of your activated Office products linked to your Microsoft account, if you need to re-install a program in the future you can do so from this page at any time.

Click the Install link next to the Office product you wish to download and install.

Select the options you want with the "Other options" link (such as 64-bit and language changes), and then click Install. This will download the setup file to your computer which you can then open for the installation process to take place.

If you went through the checkout without fully completing or if PayPal declines the transaction for any reason, you may see PayPal has made a charge to your card when you have no order showing (or showing as cancelled) on our site.

This is a pending temporary charge PayPal make to your card in the assumption the transaction will be completed, as such it will automatically be cancelled and removed from your card usually within 24/48 hours as the order was not completed.

If you're in any doubt, please contact PayPal and they will be able to confirm this for you.

First, please copy the 25 digit code provided by us to your clipboard. The code can be viewed by clicking the link on the first line of your Order Complete email, or by going to the My Orders page in your account.

Second, to redeem the code please load the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 PC, make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft account you wish to link the product to and then click the three little dots in the top right to open the drop down menu, then click Redeem a code.

Third, paste in the 25 digit code you copied onto your clipboard and click Next.

(If you receive any error messages at this stage, please Contact Us so we can resolve)

Fourth, the following screen will show you the product you're going to get when you click Confirm - Once you click confirm the product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds.

Last, now the product is linked to your account you need to install it. Click the three little dots again, and in the drop down menu click My Library. In the left hand column, click Ready to install, your redeemed game should be listed with an Install link to click. Your game will now install and be ready to play.

(If you had a trial/demo version of a game installed prior, you will need to un-install that first as it can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version).

During our working hours we may offer remote support via Teamviewer for installation/activation issues you may be experiencing if we think there's a good chance of being able to resolve your issue.

If you do not already have Teamviewer, please download and install by clicking the relevant button for your Operating System below and when requested provide us with the ID and Password so we can remotely connect.

  1. Navigate to the My Orders page and log in if prompted using the same details provided at checkout. If you used a social log in button at checkout please use the same button to log in here. (If you see an Invalid Order message, you have logged in to a different account to the one the order is on). You may also be asked to verify your email address if you have not already done so, a link to re-send the verification email will be included.
  2. Once logged in, you will see a Completed order status if the product key is ready to view.
  3. Click View next to the relevant order to go to the order page.
  4. The Product Key will be visible halfway down the page under the heading "Product Key", it may be in either text or image format. This is the key you need to use in order to activate or redeem your product.
  5. Any relevant guides or download links will be visible as a blue button under each product.

In order to carry out our service we implement stringent fraud prevention checks to comply with regulations and safeguard our business. Customers may be required to submit specific documentation that will assist us in ensuring the safety and security of all transactions made via Vevo Digital. If this is required, you will receive a request via email to provide the documentation after an order has been placed.

What is a proof of address?

A proof of address is a valid document confirming your billing address – it must have both your full name and your address visible. We accept the following kinds of documents as a proof of address (any details other than your full name and address may be covered up/blanked out):

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Passport
  • Utility Bill (Water, Gas, Electricity, Phone, etc)
  • An Item of Mail with Name & Address of the Customer

The use of a VPN, Proxy, VoIP, virtual phone number, temporary email address or any other means of concealing/altering the true location/identity of a user on the Site will lead to your order being held for manual verification.

Any attempt to purposefully provide false or incorrect billing details can result in your order being rejected, and your account and access to the Site being terminated.

Documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You can add codes to your Blizzard account through the website or through the Blizzard Battle.net App. This includes game keys, Blizzard Balance codes, game time codes, gift codes, pets and mounts, and promotional codes.

Claim Your Code on the Website

To claim a code on the website:

  1. Log into your Account Overview
  2. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

To claim a code on the Blizzard Battle.net App:

  1. From the Games tab, click the Redeem a Code button found under the logo of any game
  2. From the Shop tab, click Services and then Redeem a Code

Downloadable content (DLC) is additional content created for an already existing video game. This means you will require the original base game to be installed to add the DLC content to.

An example of this is The Sims which has many expansion DLC packs. To use any of the DLC you need to have the base Sims game installed first.

First you will need to install Avast Premier on your PC:

  1. Log into Windows as a user with administrator permissions and ensure no other application or antivirus software is running on your PC.
  2. Download the Avast Premier setup file: DOWNLOAD AVAST PREMIER, and save it in a familiar location on your PC (by default, downloaded files are saved to your Downloads folder).
  3. Right-click the downloaded setup file avast_premier_antivirus_setup_online.exe and select Run as administrator from the context menu.
  4. If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes (or Continue on older versions of Windows).
  5. To change the default setup language, click the current language at the top-right corner of the screen. Then click Install to proceed with default installation.
  6. Wait while setup installs Avast Premier on your PC.
  7. Click Continue on the screen below the message You are protected.
  8. Review the Avast Privacy Policy and click Continue.
  9. If prompted to protect your mobile device, use the relevant options according to your preference, or click the X icon to close the screen.
  10. When a network is detected, use the slider to select a Firewall mode:
    • Private Network: if you trust the network (for example, your home network).
    • Public Network: if the network is publicly shared (for example, the network at a cafe or airport).

Avast Premier is now installed on your PC and ready to use, but some components may not fully function until you restart your PC. The Avast user interface is accessible via the Avast system tray icon on your Windows taskbar or the Avast Premier icon on your desktop.

You now need to activate Avast Premier using your valid activation code provided by us, to do this, follow the below instructions.

To activate Avast Premier with an activation code:

  1. Right-click the  Avast icon in your system tray and select Subscription information.
  2. On the My licenses screen, click Enter a valid activation code.
  3. Type or paste your activation code into the text box and click Enter:
  4. Check your license details for the entered activation code. If you have an activation code for interchangeable products, you can click on a listed item and select an alternative license from the drop-down menu. Then click Continue to return to the My licenses screen.

Your Avast Premier license is now activated. The expiration date of your license appears under Licenses on this PC.

You can activate your license on the number of PCs the license is valid for at purchase.

Once downloaded, open Command Prompt or PowerShell in your Downloads folder. To do this, click in the address bar while inside the downloads folder and type in Powershell then hit enter.

Enter the following line and hit enter: MediaCreationTool2004.exe /Eula Accept /Retail /MediaLangCode en-US /MediaArch x64 /MediaEdition Enterprise

If you need a 32-bit Windows Enterprise version instead of the standard 64-bit, change the following argument to /MediaArch x86

Confirm the UAC prompt by clicking yes.

You may be asked for the product key at this stage, enter the MAK key provided by us to proceed and build the ISO.

Choose to create the installation media.

Select "ISO File" for the destination media option.

This will make the tool to download the ISO image without media software pre-installed.

Finally, run the ISO image that has been downloaded to your PC and proceed through the on-screen installation instructions to setup your PC.

You may be asked to enter the product key to activate at some stage during the installation, again simply enter the MAK key provided by us to activate.

Follow these steps to redeem a McAfee software activation key that you purchased from Vevo Digital.

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to: mcafee.com/activate
  2. Select your country and language.
    The registration page tries to select the correct region automatically, but it might not always get this right. Confirm that the region is correct before you continue.
  3. Type:
    • The activation code provided by us.
    • Your Email Address.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When prompted, check that your Email Address is correct. If your email address is incorrect:
    1. Click Edit to return to the previous screen.
    2. Correct your email address.
  6. Click Verify.
    Your subscription is now activated.
  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a McAfee account and install your McAfee software.

Update Windows:

Make sure your Windows is up to date before attempting to activate.

  1. Navigate to Settings  > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. If you're on the latest version there will be a green tick and a message saying "You're up to date".
  3. If it says there is an update available, please do this before continuing to the next step.

Backup your data: 

Make sure you have backed up any important data, the upgrade process usually goes very smooth however there is always a chance something could go wrong. It is good practice to backup your data before making any major system changes.

Activate Windows 10:

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Activation.
  2. Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character product key.
  3. Select Next to start the activation.

Check your Windows activation: 

To do this simply navigate to Settings  > Update & Security  > Activation. A message will say “Windows is activated” to signify your Windows activation is successful and genuine.

First, please check your spam/junk folder as this is the most common reason people do not initially see emails.

If it has been more than 5 minutes and there are no emails in your spam/junk folder, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout or that our emails to you have bounced for some reason.
