RETURNS

Faulty product(s) must be reported to us within 30 days from the time of purchase, after this period the product(s) will be deemed accepted and will be non-returnable.

Upon reporting a faultly product(s) we wUpon reporting faulty product(s) we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve, if we are unable to resolve the fault via troubleshooting we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been completed, or has been completed but remains in an unused state. We can accept a cancellation up to 14 days after the date of purchase, after this period the order will be deemed accepted and will be non-cancellable.

We cannot accept cancellations if the “key” has been used/redeemed by the customer.

A cancellation is subject to a restocking charge of 3.4% + $0.30 deducted from the total order value to cover our incurred payment processing costs for the transaction.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed and issued by us promptly (within 24 hours) of agreeing to issue a refund.

A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/banking statement.

Nintendo Switch:

Step 1: Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.

Step 2: Select the account you want to use.

Step 3: Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.

Step 4: Enter the 16-character download code. Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.

Step 5: Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

Uplay Client:

Step 1: You will need to download and install Uplay if you do not already have it: https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-US

Step 2: Once it’s downloaded, run the application and select a directory to install Uplay in. If you don’t already have an account, you will be required to create one.

Step 3: Click the top left 3 bar menu button, select Activate a key. A product activation box will pop up, type or paste in the activation code.

Step 4: Success! Your game will be activated and bound to your Uplay account. The game has now been added to your Uplay library where you can start the download.

How to activate your Office key and install the suite onto your PC.

  1. Activating Office

    Go to Office.com/setup, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one.

  2. Enter Your Key

    Enter your 25 character CD key, select your country or region, and select your language.

  3. Activate Office

    Select Next to finish the redemption process then download the Office installer by clicking the Download now button.

  4. Installation

    Notice: If your computer came with Office 365 pre-installed, or if you had Office 365 installed from a previous subscription, please un-install it from your system first otherwise it overrides this installation and says you subscription has expired.
    Run the setup file downloaded to your computer to install the Office applications.

  5. Installation Complete

    Your install is finished when you see the phrase, "You're all set! Office is installed now" and an animation plays to show you where to find Office applications on your computer. Select Close.
    Follow the instructions in the window to find your Office apps. For example depending on your version of Windows, select Start and then scroll to find the app you want to open such as Excel or Word, or type the name of the app in the search box.

Origin Client:

Step 1: To redeem an Origin key, you will require an Origin account and the game client, the Origin game client can be downloaded here: https://www.origin.com/nld/en-us/store/download And you can create an account here if you do not already have one by clicking Register in the lower left hand corner here: https://www.origin.com/

Step 2: Open the Origin game client and click the Origin menu in the top left

Step 3: Select "Redeem Product Code"

Step 4: Enter your serial code

Step 5: The game will be added to your "My Games" section of Origin ready to be installed.

Steam Client:

Step 1: To redeem a Steam key and play, you will require a steam account and the game client, the Steam game client can be downloaded here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/ And you can create an account here if you do not already have one: https://store.steampowered.com/join/

Step 2: Launch the Steam client and login to your Steam account

Step 3: Click the games drop down menu in the top left

Step 4: Choose activate a product on Steam

Step 5: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process

Online (Recommended):

Step 1: On a web browser, Sign in to your PlayStation Network


Step 2: In the Account section on the left, select Redeem Codes


Step 3: Enter your 12-digit voucher code or prepaid PlayStation card number, and select Next


On Console:

Step 1: From the Playstation Menu, go to the PlayStation Store.

Step 2: Select Redeem Codes on the left hand side menu

Step 3: Enter the code and select Continue

Step 4: The content will be automatically applied to your account, available for immediate download, or available in your Library > Purchased section

Online (Recommended)

Step 1: Go to redeem.microsoft.com

Step 2: Sign in to your Microsoft Account associated with your Xbox

Step 3: Enter your 25-character code

Step 4: Click Next and go through the prompts to finish and redeem the product to your account


On Console

Step 1: Press the Xbox button in the center of your controller

Step 2: Select the Store menu

Step 3: Expand the Store menu and select the Redeem tab

Step 4: Enter your 25-character code

Step 5: Click Next and go through the prompts to finish and redeem the product to your account

PAYMENTS

We partner with Stripe to process our credit/debit card transactions securely.

All purchases on our Site are made in USD, we never add any additional charges. If you pay using a credit/debit card held in a different currency, your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.

BILLING

Stripe will charge your chosen card the total amount shown on the payment page immediately after your authorization during checkout.

The statement descriptor for payments made to us will show as "vevodigital.com".

If your card is declined for any reason at checkout you may see a temporary pre-authorization payment on your billing statement, this will automatically be removed.

All products are delivered digitally as a unique "key" in text or image format for you to redeem on the relevant platform, nothing is physically shipped.

Delivery is usually instant, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.

Once an order is verified you will receive an email containing a link to retrieve the key(s) securely from your Vevo Digital account page.
