This is a full guide on how to activate, download and install your new Office Suite.
The products shown below are just examples and not necessarily the product you will receive.
- Pick Your Microsoft Account
Go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in using your existing Microsoft account you want the product to be linked to, or create a new one.
- Enter Your Key
Enter your 25 character CD key supplied by us, click next.
⚠️ If you see an error stating "This product key has already been used" it means your product key has already been linked to your account. Simply skip to step 4 of this guide and continue from there.
- Confirm The Product
If the product shown is correct, click confirm to redeem the key and link it to your Microsoft account.
⚠️ There are no refunds after clicking confirm as the key is permanently linked to your Microsoft account.
- Download Office
Go to your Services & subscriptions page where you will see the product you linked listed under your account, as well as any others you have previously linked.
Click the install link next to the product you want to download.
- Tailor The Download
Select the language you want and the bit-rate version (default is recommended) and click Install to download the installer.
- Uninstall Old Office Suites
Before installing your new Office suite you should fully uninstall any old Office suites on the computer. Old Office Suites have a tendency to conflict and cause issues with a new installation, so it is best to remove them beforehand.

Run the installer file that was downloaded to your computer and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you get an error message saying "Sorry it looks like you're on a slow connection…", Office is taking a really long time to install, or it appears to hang during the install, you may want to cancel the installation and try the troubleshooting solutions.
- Installation Complete
Your install is finished when you see "You're all set! Office is installed now", an animation sometimes plays showing you where to find the Office applications.
- Final Step
Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account to confirm the activation, sign in to the same account you used in step 1 of this guide.

Redeeming a Microsoft Store game code is simple to do using the in-built Microsoft Store on Windows.
- Microsoft Store App
Load the Microsoft Store app, make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft account you wish to link the product to.
Click the three dots in the top right corner to open a drop down menu, then click "Redeem a code".
- Enter Your Code
Type or paste in your 25 digit code and click "Next".
- Confirm Product
It will display the product you're going to get by redeeming the code. Upon clicking "Confirm" the product is permanently linked to your Microsoft account and there are no refunds.
Now the game is linked to your account and you're ready to download and install. Click the three dots again, in the drop down menu click "My Library".
In the left hand column, click "Ready to install", your redeemed product should be listed here, with an "Install" link to click.
⚠️ If you had a trial/demo version of a product already installed, you must un-install that before installing from your Library. Otherwise it can cause an error saying you still only have a trial/demo version, despite redeeming a code for the full game.

Methods including, but not limited to, the use of a VPN, Proxy, VoIP or temporary/disposable phone number, temporary/disposable email address, incorrect billing details or any other methods of concealing or altering the true location or identity of a user on the Site may lead to an order being held for manual verification.
Under this policy we may ask a customer to assist us in verifying the billing details provided at checkout are accurate and match those of the registered card holder to ensure the integrity and legitimacy of transactions.
How do we verify billing details?
We use a valid proof of address document (photo or scan) that matches the billing details provided at checkout. It must have your full name and address visible, any other details may be covered up/blanked out for your privacy.
The following documents constitute a valid proof of address:
- Utility bill dated within the last three months
- Bank or card statement dated within the last three months
- Mortgage statement or lease agreement
- Tax invoice or receipt
- Item of mail
- Current valid driving license
- Current valid passport
Documents are transmitted securely via SSL encrypted email to a secure business inbox, and are permanently deleted after verification.
Refusal to assist us in verifying the billing details within 7 days from time of purchase will result in an order being considered too high risk or fraudulent, resulting in the order being rejected and refunded. The corresponding user account on the Site will be terminated and blocked from future purchases.

Here's how to setup the Windows 10 installer for Enterprise edition.
- Media Creation Tool
Download the latest Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from the Windows 10 Download Page.
- Windows PowerShell Command
Open Windows PowerShell and target the folder that contains the downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool, in the example below, that is the Downloads folder.
Paste the following command and hit enter:
.\MediaCreationTool21H2.exe /Eula Accept /Retail /MediaLangCode en-US /MediaArch x64 /MediaEdition Enterprise
If you need to install 32-bit instead of 64-bit , change the Media Arch argument to:
Confirm the UAC prompt by clicking "Yes".
- Activate Windows
You may be asked for the product key at this stage to Activate Windows, if so, enter your Windows 10 Enterprise key.
- Installation Media
Select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD or ISO file) for another PC".
- ISO Installer
Select "ISO File".
Run the ISO file that has been downloaded to your PC and proceed through the on-screen installation instructions.

⚠️ If your PC does not already have Windows 10 installed, you can install it using the guide here.
Activating Windows 10 with a product key is incredibly quick and simple:
- Update Windows First
Navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Click the "Check for updates" button.
If there is an update available, complete it before continuing.
If it says "You're up to date" continue.
- Activate Windows 10
Navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
Select "Change product key", and enter the 25-character product key.
Select Next to start the activation.
If you receive an activation error run through the general troubleshooting steps.
- Check Activation
A message will say “Windows is activated” or if you have a Microsoft account linked to your PC "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account", either of these messages confirms the activation was genuine and successful.

Where Is My Order? I Haven’t Received Any EmailsVevo Digital
As per our delivery policy, our average delivery time is under 5 minutes, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order, and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.
If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received any emails, please check your spam/junk folder as our emails may have been filtered out of your inbox.
Alternatively you can access your order directly via the orders page of your Vevo Digital account. If your order status is "Completed", then your key(s) is accessible, simply click the "View" button next to your order. The order page will contain your key(s) along with a relevant "Activation Guide" or "Download Link" for the product.
