RETURNS

A faulty product (key) must be returned to us within 30 days from the time of purchase, after this period the product (key) will be deemed accepted.

Upon returning a faulty product (key), we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve within 24 hours. If we are unable to resolve the fault we will provide a replacement product (key), or a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order within 14 days from the time of purchase only if the product (key) has not been used. We cannot accept a cancellation if the product (key) has already been used.

A customer cancellation is subject to a restocking charge of (3.4%) + $0.30 deducted from the total order value to cover our incurred processing costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours of agreeing to issue a refund. The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card statement.

Nintendo Switch:

Step 1: Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.

Step 2: Select the account you want to use.

Step 3: Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.

Step 4: Enter the 16-character download code. Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.

Step 5: Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the game download is complete.

Uplay Client:

Step 1: You will need to download and install Uplay if you do not already have it: https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-US

Step 2: Once it’s downloaded, run the application and select a directory to install Uplay in. If you don’t already have an account, you will be required to create one.

Step 3: Click the top left 3 bar menu button, select Activate a key. A product activation box will pop up, type or paste in the activation code.

Step 4: Success! Your game will be activated and bound to your Uplay account. The game has now been added to your Uplay library where you can start the download.

The products shown below are just examples and not necessarily the product you will receive.

  1. Pick Your Microsoft Account

    Go to setup.office.com, sign in using your existing Microsoft account you want the product to be linked to, or create a new one.

  2. Enter Your Key

    Enter your 25 character CD key supplied by us, select your country or region, and select your language.

  3. Product Key Confirmed

    Click next and it will confirm your product key and the product you will get

  4. Download Now

    Click the download now button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Uninstall Old Office Suites

    Before installing your new Office suite you should fully uninstall any old Office suites on the computer. Old Office Suites have a tendency to conflict and cause issues with a new installation, so it is best to remove them beforehand.

  6. Installation

    Run the installer file that was downloaded to your computer and follow the on-screen instructions.

    If you get an error message saying "Sorry it looks like you're on a slow connection…", Office is taking a really long time to install, or it appears to hang during the install, you may want to cancel the installation and try the troubleshooting solutions.

  7. Installation Complete

    Your install is finished when you see "You're all set! Office is installed now", an animation sometimes plays showing you where to find the Office applications.

  8. Final Step

    This only applies to Office 2016 Suites or older. Upon opening an Office App for the first time you will be asked to activate your product with the Office Activation Wizard.

    Select "I want to activate the software over the Internet", and then select next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.

    If the internet activation fails, try the "I want to activate the software by telephone" and then select next. Follow the prompts to complete the activation.

Origin Client:

Step 1: To redeem an Origin key, you will require an Origin account and the game client, the Origin game client can be downloaded here: https://www.origin.com/nld/en-us/store/download And you can create an account here if you do not already have one by clicking Register in the lower left hand corner here: https://www.origin.com/

Step 2: Open the Origin game client and click the Origin menu in the top left

Step 3: Select "Redeem Product Code"

Step 4: Enter your serial code

Step 5: The game will be added to your "My Games" section of Origin ready to be installed.

Steam Client:

Step 1: To redeem a Steam key and play, you will require a steam account and the game client, the Steam game client can be downloaded here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/ And you can create an account here if you do not already have one: https://store.steampowered.com/join/

Step 2: Launch the Steam client and login to your Steam account

Step 3: Click the games drop down menu in the top left

Step 4: Choose activate a product on Steam

Step 5: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process

Online (Recommended):

Step 1: On a web browser, Sign in to your PlayStation Network


Step 2: In the Account section on the left, select Redeem Codes


Step 3: Enter your 12-digit voucher code or prepaid PlayStation card number, and select Next


On Console:

Step 1: From the Playstation Menu, go to the PlayStation Store.

Step 2: Select Redeem Codes on the left hand side menu

Step 3: Enter the code and select Continue

Step 4: The content will be automatically applied to your account, available for immediate download, or available in your Library > Purchased section

Online (Recommended Method)

  1. Go to redeem.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft Account associated with your Xbox
  3. Enter your 25-character code displayed on your order page
  4. Click next and go through the prompts to redeem the product to your account

On Console

  1. Press the Xbox button in the center of your controller
  2. Select the Store menu
  3. Expand the Store menu and select the Redeem code tab
  4. Enter your 25-character code displayed on your order page
  5. Click next and go through the prompts to redeem the product to your account

All prices listed on the Site and payments made to us shall be in USD ($) . If you pay with a card held in a currency other than USD, your card issuer may charge you a currency conversion fee.

We accept the following card brands:

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is both PCI and PSD2 compliant and AES-256 encrypted. Vevo Digital does not handle, process or store your card information.

Stripe will charge your chosen card the total amount shown on the checkout page immediately after you authorize by clicking the "Place Order" button at checkout. The statement descriptor for payments made to us on your card statement will be listed as "vevodigital.com".

If your card is declined for any reason at checkout you may see a temporary pre-authorization charge on your card statement, this will be automatically be removed by your card issuer as there was not a successful charge made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment or that of our payment processor Stripe, appear to be fraudulent, or we are unable to verify in line with our Fraud Prevention Policy.

All of our products are delivered digitally as a unique "key" which is activated on the corresponding platform, granting the purchased product to the customer.

Along with a unique key, we provide an Activation Guide or Download Link for each product.

Our average delivery time is under 5 minutes, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order, and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.

We are an all-digital vendor, as such we do not physically ship anything to you. This lets us pass on significant cost savings, speed up delivery time and help save the environment from needless wasted packaging and transportation emissions.
