How to troubleshoot the Microsoft Store app
If you’re having issues with Microsoft Store app, here are some things to try:
Terminate or Reset the app
- Press Windows logo key + i
- Select Apps
- Select Microsoft Store, then select Advanced options
- Select Terminate
- If that doesn’t work, select Reset
Use the troubleshooter
- Search for Troubleshoot settings and select Open
- Select Windows Store apps
- Select Run the troubleshooter
Reinstall the app
- Press Windows logo key + x
- Select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
- Select Yes
- Copy and paste the command: Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
- Press Enter
- Restart your computer
